Who this is for
You don’t need another program. You need a coach who gets to know you, your needs and your goals.
- 01
You work out, but something always hurts.
A knee, a shoulder, a low back that flares every time you push. You want to train hard without paying for it the next morning.
- 02
You have done the programs and the diets.
They worked until they didn’t. You are done starting over and want something built around your actual life, schedule and body.
- 03
You want to build strength without working against your body.
Not a template and not a punishment. Training that works with how you are built, so you get stronger without beating yourself up to do it.
In Steph’s words
I don’t train bodies. I train the way you move through your life. The stairs at three in the afternoon. The suitcase into the overhead bin. The kid who wants to be picked up, again. Strength is only worth building if it shows up there. So that is where we start: how you actually move, what you actually eat, and what you can actually keep doing on a Tuesday in November.
Ways to work together
Three doors. One coach.
Every program is built after your assessment, so there is no menu to pick from. Start with whichever door fits, and Steph will shape it from there.

How it works
Simple to start. Built to keep.
No contracts to decode and no guessing. You will know exactly what the next step is at every point.
Start with the call- 01
A 20-minute call
You tell Steph where you are and where you want to be. She tells you honestly whether she is the right fit. No pitch. You leave with one clear next step either way.
- 02
Assessment and plan
How you move, where you compensate, what your week really looks like. Then a program built for that, not a template with your name on it.
- 03
Coaching, week after week
Sessions, check-ins and adjustments as life happens. Progress you can feel on the stairs, in the mirror and in how you carry yourself.
The assessment
What I look at before you lift anything.
Four years in physical therapy clinics taught me where pain actually starts. It is rarely where it hurts. Your first session is an hour of looking, not loading.
Book your assessment- 01
How you breathe under load
Bracing, ribs, and where the tension goes when a lift gets heavy. Most back pain starts here.
- 02
Hips and ankles
Where the motion really comes from. Stiff ankles send the work to knees that never asked for it.
- 03
Shoulders and upper back
Posture you can hold without thinking about it, and overhead range that is actually yours.
- 04
Single-leg control
Balance, stability and the small muscles that keep you steady on a trail, a court or a curb.
- 05
Hinge, squat, push, pull, carry
The five patterns every program is built on, watched one at a time before any of them get weight.
- 06
Your actual week
Sleep, stress, travel, the hours you really have. The best plan is the one you can keep.
Integrative nutrition
Fuel, not rules.
Most women I meet have done the tracking, the cutting and the Monday restarts. None of it held, because none of it fit a real week. Integrative nutrition goes beyond the plate: macros when they are useful, but mostly learning to eat intuitively and to nourish your body, so food supports your training, your energy and your life instead of running it.
Add before you subtract
Protein, plants and water first. Most “bad” eating is really under-eating the good stuff.
Eat for the day you have
Training days and rest days look different. Travel days too. The plan flexes, you don’t fail.
Trust yourself around food
Intuitive eating is a skill, and it is learnable. Macros can teach it. The goal is a plate you never have to track.

“Eat for the day you have.”
Board Certified Health Coach, IIN

Meet Steph
Fitness should have a purpose. Yours.
I spent four years inside physical therapy clinics in Scottsdale, watching people work their way back from injuries that better movement could have prevented. That is where I learned to look at the whole body, not the sore spot.
I have a degree in exercise science, I am a certified personal trainer with a focus on corrective exercise, and I am a Board Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Today I train members and guests at a luxury hotel in Scottsdale and teach group fitness, and I am building a practice where I can go deeper with fewer people.
I believe fitness looks different for everyone. My job is to find what works for your body, your goals and your life, and then make it stick. Body, mind and spirit.
“I love people because I was loved first. That is the reason I coach the way I do.”

Questions
The things people ask before they book.
What happens on the consult call?
Twenty minutes on the phone or video. Steph asks about your goals, your history with training and anything that hurts. She tells you what she would recommend and whether she is the right coach for it. There is no pressure and no package pitch.
Do I need to have gym experience?
No. Many of Steph’s clients are starting fresh or coming back after years away. The assessment meets you where you are, and the first weeks are about learning to move well before adding load.
Is this only for people with injuries, or over 40?
No. Steph works with college athletes, women in their twenties who want to lift with confidence, new moms rebuilding their core, and women in their fifties planning the next thirty years. Corrective exercise simply means the program starts from how you move. Everyone has something worth fixing before it becomes something that hurts.
I have an old injury. Can you work with that?
That is the heart of what Steph does. Four years in physical therapy clinics taught her how to train around and through limitations. If you are currently under a doctor’s care she will coordinate with that plan, not override it.
Where do in-person sessions happen?
In Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Exact locations are confirmed on the call based on where you live and what you prefer.
Is the nutrition coaching a diet?
No. Integrative nutrition coaching looks at food, sleep, stress and daily rhythm together and builds habits you can keep. No meal plans to follow to the gram, no foods you are not allowed to eat.
Why aren’t prices listed?
Because every program is built after your assessment. Steph will walk you through options and exact pricing on the call so you can decide with everything in front of you.
